From Negotiations to Agreements

Assisting Clients in Fort Myers and Lee County

The law firm of Strayhorn, Persons-Mulicka & Fisher assists clients in maintaining strong business relationships with various governmental entities. This includes, but is not limited to, contract negotiations, leases, responding to requests for proposals for public projects, handling bid disputes, advocating issues and working to pass needed legislation.

Our attorneys have assisted clients with the transition from purely public owned projects, such as the Fort Myers Racquet Club, to the private operation/ownership of previously public assets. Many of these, during public administration, continuously lost money, were not on the tax rolls and did not contribute their full value to the community. With the involvement of Strayhorn, Persons-Mulicka & Fisher, private ownership and management has been implemented.
