Our firm has been involved with some of the first Tax Increment Finance/Tax Rebate Agreements fostering growth in the downtown area beginning with the Beau Rivage project on East First Street at Billy’s Creek. The firm has recently represented clients in obtaining Tax Increment Finance Agreements with the City to help get off the ground major new construction for the first time in a decade, including such projects as Campo Felice Independent Living Facility, Allure Condominium Highrise , Prima Luce Condominium Highrise and a retail/apartment complex project on south US41 at the gateway into Fort Myers.
