With experience issuing over $110,000,000 in title insurance, Ms. Fisher is well-versed in complex commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing. Ms. Fisher handles real estate acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, complex commercial financing, as well as triple net, commercial center and build to suit commercial lease agreements.

Ms. Fisher is highly skilled in contract negotiations and identifying the goals of all parties to help coordinate a successful deal. Born and raised in the mountain ski town of Red River, New Mexico, Ms. Fisher grew up enjoying hiking and sailing. She relocated to Fort Myers in 2005 after graduating magna cum laude from Biola University in Los Angeles. She attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, FL, on a full tuition scholarship and graduated at the top of her class.
