Her extensive knowledge in both real estate law and land use helps Ms. Fisher guide clients from start to finish. From planning to entitlement to closing and development, Ms. Fisher lends creativity and forward-thinking expertise through every step.
With experience issuing over $110,000,000 in title insurance, Ms. Fisher is well-versed in complex commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing. Ms. Fisher handles real estate acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, complex commercial financing, as well as triple net, commercial center and build to suit commercial lease agreements.
Ms. Fisher is highly skilled in contract negotiations and identifying the goals of all parties to help coordinate a successful deal. Ms. Fisher focuses on safeguarding her clients and their interests by considering potential risk mitigation strategies to ensure client satisfaction. Furthermore, she strives to proactively delivers solutions to potential issues before they become significant problems. Born and raised in the mountain ski town of Red River, New Mexico, Ms. Fisher grew up enjoying hiking and sailing. She relocated to Fort Myers in 2005 after graduating magna cum laude from Biola University in Los Angeles. She attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, FL, on a full tuition scholarship and graduated at the top of her class.
