Governor DeSantis Appoints Jenna Persons-Mulicka as Lee County Supervisor of Elections

It is with great pride that we share that our law partner, Jenna Persons-Mulicka, has been appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis to serve as Lee County’s next Supervisor of Elections.

The experience and dedication Jenna brings to the practice of law and to public service reflect a long-standing legacy shared by both of our families. Since the late 1800s, members of both families have served the Southwest Florida community in prominent roles, including County Commissioner, State Attorney, City Attorney for Fort Myers, and three seats in the State Legislature.

Jenna’s decision to continue as a partner at Strayhorn & Persons-Mulicka while stepping into this important new role speaks volumes about her ability and professionalism. Her dedication to our clients and to the greater Lee County community remains her top priority, and we know her expanded perspective will only strengthen the value we bring to you.

As a three-term member of the Florida House representing District 78, Jenna championed election integrity throughout her tenure, and we are grateful for her service to our state and community.

As she begins this new chapter, we are confident that her steady leadership and commitment to excellence will strengthen public confidence in the electoral process and serve Lee County voters well.

Please join us in congratulating Jenna on her appointment!
